Psychiatrist: Pelosi Can Call 911 to Report Trump, Have Him Involuntarily Mentally Evaluated

H/T Western Journal.

Psychiatrist Brandy X.Lee needs an involuntary mental evaluation.

Dr. Bandy X. Lee is one of the most thoroughly delusional people in the political sphere today. The great irony is that she got there by railing on about what she sees as the psychiatric-level delusions of our president.

Lee is one of a number of high-profile mental health professionals who have plowed through the Goldwater Rule and seen fit to diagnose President Donald Trump with some form of mental illness.

Not entirely content with the modicum of fame this has brought her, Lee, president of the World Mental Health Coalition and a professor at the Yale University School of Medicine, has been “translating” Trump’s tweets for her Twitter audience.

“My ‘translations’ of Donald Trump’s words (or his quotes) are largely data-driven and informed by basic psychoanalytic techniques,” she writes in a pinned tweet.

“They are neither malicious nor jocular, but are intended as a public service to promote grounding in reality and truth.”

I’m not a mental health professional, but I would urge anyone who is and who can find the psychoanalytic techniques buried here to contact me immediately:

That’s not where the real delusion comes in, however. Lee was interviewed by Salon for a piece published Friday in which she discussed the only subject on which anyone in the media is particularly interested in hearing her discourse — Donald Trump’s mental health. In full pot/kettle/black mode, the Yale professor said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi can call 911 to have an involuntary hold placed on President Trump because he’s gone ’round the bend.

The subject came up when Lee was talking about the fact the speaker hasn’t done enough to counter the president — which is, one would think, a rich assertion when you consider she just shepherded his impeachment. But no: “As a co-worker, she has the right to have him submit to an involuntary evaluation, but she has not,” Lee said told Salon.

“Anyone can call 911 to report someone who seems dangerous, and family members are the most typical ones to do so. But so can co-workers, and even passersby on the street. The law dictates who can determine right to treatment, or civil commitment, and in all 50 U.S. states this includes a psychiatrist.

“The advantage of a co-worker starting this process is that a court can mandate a mental capacity evaluation before the dangerous person returns to work,” she added.

“The committing physician is preferably the patient’s treater, but does not have to be.”

This is a curious notion. Lee is desperately invested in the 25th Amendment narrative — which states that President Trump is mentally ill and ought to be kicked to the curb via the constitutional provision that stipulates how a president should be removed for incapacity — that’s been pushed by a loose coalition of semi-prominent psychiatrists and psychologists together with Democratic lawmakers and pundits who need a few minutes on MSNBC. Well, whatever gets you attention, I suppose.

There’s a marked difference between this and stating not only can you can call up the authorities on the president have them place an involuntary hold upon him, but that the speaker of the House ought to do so.

“I am beginning to believe that a mental health hold, which we have tried to avoid, will become inevitable,” Lee said in the interview. Good grief

There are some other great head-slappers in the interview, which had to do with her recent “translation” of Trump’s six-page letter to Nancy Pelosi on the eve of impeachment.

On Lee’s takeaways from the letter:

“First, he is highly unwell, which I am glad many finally seem to see now. More specifically, you can tell how unwell he is by the degree he cannot deviate from his defenses: mainly, denial and projection. We often say he is ‘doubling down.’ A truly sick person will be unable to show any tolerance of ambiguity, doubt or flexibility in thinking. The letter, like his lengthy interviews or his chronic tweeting over years, is unable to show any variation from the characteristic rigidity of pathology.”

So “any tolerance of ambiguity, doubt or flexibility in thinking” is a sign of being unwell, and projection is one of the defenses? Interesting.

Also interesting: She’s never evaluated Donald Trump in any sort of clinical setting, which is clearly a violation of the Goldwater Rule — an American Psychiatric Association ethical guideline that forbids comment on any public figure by a psychiatrist who hasn’t actually treated that figure. And no, it’s not covered under the provisions that allow psychiatrists to opine for reasons of public education or consultation to government, either.

And then she talked about how she diagnosed  Jonathan Turley, the George Washington University law professor who argued against impeachment during before the House Judiciary Committee, with “shared psychosis”: “‘Shared psychosis’ is a phenomenon which happens in households or in nations when a sick person goes untreated and healthy members are in close contact,” she said.

“Rather than the sick person getting better, the otherwise healthy people take on symptoms of the sick person, as if they had the sickness themselves. It is a very dramatic phenomenon that equally dramatically disappears when you remove the sick person from contact or media exposure.”

So a sick person who gets media exposure for opinions that conform to Trump Derangement Synd— erm, Trump’s syndrome of derangement can develop a shared psychosis that only goes away when that person is removed from that environment?

As for Pelosi calling the letter “really sick”:

“She has said this a number of times, but I am not sure she is convinced of her own words,” Lee said. “If she were, shouldn’t she be responding to it as an emergency? As a co-worker, she has the right to have him submit to an involuntary evaluation, but she has not.”

Now, as a layperson, I have a few takeaways of my own, starting with. Yes, Nancy Pelosi isn’t convinced of her own words.

Furthermore, Dr. Bandy X. Lee is suffering from a shared psychosis with the most rabid element of the Democrat electorate, one that has always seen President Trump as illegitimate and pursued his removal by any means necessary. I’m basing this on her obvious projection and the delusional belief that a president can be placed under an involuntary hold by the speaker of the House calling 911 (or whatever number you use specifically to commit presidents).

Then again, I’m sure this all can be translated to prove I’m suffering from “shared psychosis.” That’s how this all works, right?

Nordstrom Boots 85-year-old Salvation Army Bell Ringer After Gay Workers Complain

H/T Todd Starnes.com.

It is a shame that a bunch of malcontents can dictate who can and can not be in front of a store like Nordstroms.

An 85-year-old Salvation Army volunteer was booted from his longtime perch outside Nordstrom in downtown Seattle because his presence made gay and lesbian workers uncomfortable.

The Seattle Times reports Dick Clarke had manned a red kettle outside the store for 19 years – raising more than $100,000 for a ministry that provides food banks home shelters and array of other ministries.

“Clarke said he was told in a meeting last week with head of stores Jamie Nordstrom that LGBTQ employees said The Salvation Army’s presence made them uncomfortable,” the newspaper reported.

As I document in my new book, “Culture Jihad: How to Stop the Left From Killing a Nation,” an army of militant LGBT activists has bullied Salvation Army for years – angered because they refuse to renounce their religious beliefs regarding marriage.

Clarke, a retired school teacher and principal, said he disagrees with the Salvation Army on the issue of same-sex marriage, but he puts aside his opinion to raise money for a worthwhile cause.

But that’s not good enough for the LGBT activists – who are demanding full and complete allegiance to their radical sexual jihad.

“Either you are an accepting organization or you are not,” Monisa Harrell, of Equal Rights Washington, told the newspaper.

There is not one shred of evidence that Salvation Army has ever turned away a member of the LGBT community from a shelter. There’s been not one story about a gay person being denied a hot meal.

“Our doors are, and always have been, open to all,” David Hudson, Salvation Army’s national commander wrote in a USA Today column. “We don’t ask anyone their orientation, identity or beliefs, to help ensure that they feel welcome and safe. So while we can’t claim an exact number, we believe by sheer size and access that we are the largest provider of poverty relief for people in the LGBTQ community.”

But as I document in “Culture Jihad,” that’s not good enough for the sex and gender revolutionaries. They want to destroy organizations like Salvation Army and Chick-fil-A and anyone else who follows the teachings of Christ.

“Yet because our organization is rooted in faith, a chorus repeatedly rises that insists we are anti-LGBTQ,” Hudson wrote. “And that refrain is dangerous to the very community we are wrongly accused of rejecting. At minimum, perpetuating rhetoric that vilifies an organization with the reach, housing, programming and resources that we have in place to lift them up is counterintuitive and inefficient. But when that organization depends on the generosity of donors to provide much-needed assistance to so many across all walks of life, it’s devastating.”

Let’s be clear – the militant gay rights community want to put Salvation Army out of business. That’s their agenda. If that means gay homeless kids have to go hungry and sleep on the sidewalks — well, I reckon that’s collateral damage.

Attack On New York Hanukkah Service Prompts Calls To Carry For Self-Defense

H/T Bearing Arms.

Sadly the state of New York makes it difficult to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

In the wake of an attack on individuals celebrating Hanukkah at a rabbi’s home in Monsey, New York, many folks concerned about a rise in anti-Semitic attacks are calling for an overhaul of the state’s gun laws and a recognition of the right of self-defense for those increasingly targeted for their faith.

Seth Mandel

@SethAMandel

Maybe the cities where this keeps happening should give Jews access to all their constitutional rights.

401 people are talking about this

Personally, I think every city and state that refuses to recognize the actual right to keep and bear arms needs to get with the program. Jews should have access to all their constitutional rights, but so should Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, agnostics, atheists, and Pastafarians.

Bethany S. Mandel

@bethanyshondark

Really tired of seeing folks say “Jews should leave blue states and come where we have guns.” I too think we should be able to protect ourselves, but I also think Jews in the United States should be able to just live where they want, where generations have lived, in safety.

603 people are talking about this

No one should have to leave a state in order to exercise a constitutional right. The fact that it’s even an argument is a demonstration that the Second Amendment is treated as a privilege in places like New York and New Jersey. Bethany Mandel is right that it’s these states that need to change their laws, not residents who need to change their address.

Jesse Kelly

@JesseKellyDC

Maybe it’s not time for more articles or speeches about what’s happening to Jews in NYC. Maybe it’s not even time for more cops. Maybe it’s time for the Jewish community under attack to make an example of a bad guy or two. Just a thought. https://twitter.com/nbcnewyork/status/1210594031987777537

275 people are talking about this

Of course, in the case Jesse Kelly cited, it would be nearly impossible for this mom in Brooklyn to obtain a concealed carry license to protect herself and her child while walking in her neighborhood. As retired NYPD Detective Rob O’Donnell noted on Twitter, however, we may very well see more members of the Jewish faith in New York attempt to exercise their rights.

Rob O’Donnell@odonnell_r

I happened to be purchasing a firearm right after the Orlando club shooting. There were dozens of the LBGT community on line to complete their background checks that I was able to talk & give advice to. The Orthodox community is under attack & should look to defending themselves.

See Rob O’Donnell’s other Tweets

Unfortunately, even if thousands of Jews in New York and New Jersey start the exhaustive process of trying to receive permission from the State to exercise their constitutional rights, the vast majority of them are going to get be told they don’t have “good cause” to carry a firearm for self-defense. Stephen Miller says it’s time to engage in acts of civil disobedience.

Stephen Miller

@redsteeze

Start carrying guns.

Stephen Miller

@redsteeze

Carry guns and dare the state of New York to prosecute. The end.

156 people are talking about this

I suspect that New York prosecutors would accept that dare and would absolutely prosecute those who carried for self-defense without a license. It’s already happening in Brooklyn, where the vast majority of defendants facing felony charges for possessing a gun without a license are individuals without any serious criminal history.

The obvious answer is for anti-gun politicians to recognize the fact that their policies are preventing people from exercising their right of self-defense as well as their rights to keep and bear arms.

John Cardillo

@johncardillo

Make no mistake, this epidemic of violent anti-Semitic attacks in NYC and NYS would not be happening if NY’ers could legally carry firearms.

Hasidic Jews are not anti-gun libs. Many would arm and defend themselves and their communities.

1,252 people are talking about this

Former NYPD officer John Cardillo is spot on, but it looks like New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio is more interested in photo ops than allowing individuals to exercise their constitutional rights.

Freddi Goldstein@FreddiGoldstein

.@NYCMayor will be holding a press conference at the Grand Army Plaza Brooklyn Public Library at 4pm today to announce new measures to combat anti-semitism in NYC.

Immediately following he’ll join the community for the lighting of the world’s largest menorah.

198 people are talking about this

We can work on changing hearts and minds, but that’s no excuse for politicians to continue depriving people of their right to protect themselves. As New York City’s mayor and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo pay lip service to the idea that they’re going to crack down on these anti-Semitic attacks, they’re callously creating these situations where individuals cannot hope to protect themselves once the attacks occur. Words of comfort aren’t enough. Recognizing the rights of residents would be a better place to start.

Gun Control Fail: Baltimore’s Murder Rate Reaches Record High in 2019

H/T Bearing Arms.

Baltimore needs less gun control and more thug control.

Baltimore, Maryland has set a grim record in 2019- the highest per capita homicide rate in the city’s history. With 342 homicides this year, the city is less than a dozen murders behind the all time high the city reached in 1993, but because the city’s population has plummeted by tens of thousands of residents since then, the murder rate is even higher than it was in the bad old days. From WTOP radio in Washington, D.C.:

With just over 600,000 residents, the city hit a historically high homicide rate of about 57 per 100,000 people after recent relentless gunfire saw eight people shot — three fatally — in one day and nine others — one fatally — another day…

This is the fifth year in a row that Baltimore has reported more than 300 killings. Before 2015, that number had generally been on the decline, but it reversed after civil unrest followed the death in police custody of a young black man, Freddie Gray.

Reasons for the change vary and are subject to interpretation.

Many have accused police of taking a hands-off approach to crime-fighting since six of their own were charged in connection with Gray’s death. None of the officers was ultimately convicted.

Others have attributed it to the apparent free flow of illegal guns, the effects of a punishing opioid epidemic, social inequalities and a lack of decent jobs for many in disenfranchised neighborhoods. Some say political incompetence at City Hall also has contributed.

What WTOP ignores (along with virtually every other media outlet in the Baltimore/D.C. area) is that six years ago the state of Maryland adopted sweeping gun control legislation known as the Firearms Safety Act. Back in 2013, then-Governor Martin O’Malley and then-Lt. Governor Anthony Brown (now a member of Congress) heralded the new gun control laws as tools that would make the state a safer place.

“With today’s vote, Maryland has chosen to enact a comprehensive, common sense approach to licensing and gun safety, a ban on the sale of military-style assault weapons and high capacity magazines, and meaningful improvements to mental health treatment and data-sharing – striking a balance between protecting the safety of law enforcement and our children, and respecting the traditions of hunters and law-abiding citizens to purchase handguns for self-protection,” said O’Malley. “We appreciate the hard work of Senate President Miller, Speaker Busch, floor leaders Senator Brian Frosh and Delegate Kathleen Dumais, and members of the General Assembly. Together, with a strong coalition of advocates, and the people of Maryland who overwhelmingly support policies to reduce gun violence, we’ve chosen to take action by advancing the strategies that work to save lives.”

Lt. Governor Brown led the O’Malley’s administration’s community outreach efforts on the Firearm Safety Act. In addition to testifying in support of the proposal alongside the Governor, he held several public town halls around the state where he engaged hundreds of Maryland residents on the need to improve the safety of our communities, strengthen mental health and protect our schools.

“As leaders, we have a responsibility to keep Maryland safe; to prevent senseless violence from threatening our collective potential – violence that takes our children from us too soon and destroys our neighborhoods,” said Brown. “The Firearm Safety Act of 2013 is an essential tool in that effort, and makes Maryland a safer place to live, work, and raise a family. Today, with the General Assembly, we took an important step towards making our schools safer and reducing gun violence throughout our state. I want to thank the General Assembly for taking action on this critical legislation, as well as the advocates and community members whose hard work made the passage of this bill possible.”

In 2013, Baltimore’s per capita homicide rate was 38 per 100,000. Since then it’s soared to a record high of 57 per 100,000. Does that sound like the Maryland Firearms Safety Act was a success? Did it really put in place “strategies that work to save lives” as O’Malley proclaimed? Or did it simply target legal gun owners with new restrictions on their right to keep and bear arms, while ignoring the violent criminals driving the violence on Baltimore’s streets and in the city’s worst neighborhoods?

To be clear, I’m not suggesting that Baltimore’s spike in shootings and murders is entirely because of the gun control laws that were put on the books in 2013. What I am stating is that none of those new gun control laws actually worked to reduce crime. Yet, outside of a few letters to the editor that made it to the pages of the Baltimore Sun, no media outlet has bothered to report on the failures of the gun control package, and politicians in Maryland continue to double down on the idea that even more gun control will turn things around.

Continuing down this road is a dead end for the good people in bad neighborhoods plagued by violent crime, gangs, and drugs. Unfortunately for them, far too many elected officials in Baltimore and the state of Maryland still believe that they can ban their way to safety, even as crime continues to spiral out of control.

TOMS Shoes Spent Millions Promoting Gun Control- Now Creditors Are Taking Over

H/T Bearing Arms.

I find it funny when an anti-gun business fails.

Back in February of 2019, footwear company TOMS Shoes cheered the passage of gun control bills in the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives, and pledged to do all it could to ensure the anti-gun bills became law. Company founder Blake Mycoskie is a big fan of gun control laws, and spent millions of dollars in company funds to help push for the “universal background check” bill passed by the house.

In the wake of the Thousand Oaks, Calif., mass shooting in November, founder Blake Mycoskie pledged $5 million toward organizations committed to gun safety and joined advocates in a countrywide tour that reached its final stop in Washington, D.C.

“We started the End Gun Violence Together initiative to create a safer country for us all and to urge our representatives to finally take action on the gun violence epidemic in this country,” Mycoskie said in a statement. “We join our gun violence prevention partner organizations and over 90 percent of Americans who support this legislation in thanking Congress for reading our postcards, hearing our collective call for change and taking this historic step.”

“Our work is not done,” Mycoskie said. “This legislation is the first step in ending senseless gun violence in our communities. We will continue what we started in November and urge our elected officials in the Senate to pass universal background check legislation into law.”

Well, the Senate still hasn’t passed HR 8, but as it turns out Mycoskie’s work with the shoe company he started may very well be done. According to Reuters, creditors are taking control of the company, which has been losing money and was in danger of being unable to pay a $300-million loan due in 2020.

The group of creditors, led by Jefferies Financial Group Inc (JEF.N), Nexus Capital Management LP and Brookfield Asset Management Inc (BAMa.TO), will take over ownership of TOMS from its founder Blake Mycoskie and private equity firm Bain Capital, according to the letter. In exchange, the creditors will provide debt relief to the company, according to the sources, who requested anonymity to discuss confidential arrangements.

Bain had acquired a 50% stake in TOMS five years ago, valuing the company at $625 million, including debt. Mycoskie owned the remainder. It is not yet clear whether Mycoskie will continue to have a role with the company given that he will no longer be an owner…

The new owners have agreed to invest $35 million in TOMS to show their commitment and support its future growth, according to the letter.

“Combined with an enhanced capital structure, this funding will enable TOMS to further invest in our promising growth areas and continue our commitment to giving, which have been initiated and supported by Bain Capital and Blake over the past five years,” TOMS CEO Jim Alling wrote in the letter to employees.

So, even with this new influx of cash, the company’s CEO apparently believes that shelling out millions of dollars to support gun control laws that don’t work is a winning strategy. In fact, for $28 you can still buy an “End Gun Violence Together” t-shirt from the TOMS website. Of course, you won’t actually be ending gun violence any more than Blake Mycoskie did, but your purchase may allow the troubled company to stay afloat a little longer.

VIRGINIA’S SECOND AMENDMENT ATTACK: THE PEOPLE VS ABUSIVE GOVERNMENT

H/TGuns In The News.

How far will Gov.Ralph”Blackface” Northam(Delusional-VA)carry his anti-Second Amendment attacks?

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam apologized for his medical school blackface stunt, but he will have much more to apologize for if he signs into law a bill that attacks Virginia citizens’ Second Amendment rights. The measure is Senate Bill 16, which would ban “assault” firearms and certain firearm magazines. Since Democrats have seized control of Virginia’s General Assembly, they are likely to push hard for strict gun control laws. Those laws will have zero impact on Virginia’s criminals and a heavy impact on Virginia’s law-abiding citizens who own, or intend to own, automatic weapons for hunting or their protection. As a friend once explained to me, “I carry a gun because I can’t carry a cop.”

I am proud of my fellow Virginians’ response to the attack on their Second Amendment rights. Firearm owners in the state have joined with sheriffs to form Second Amendment sanctuary counties. That means local authorities will be required to protect Second Amendment rights in the face of any attempt by Virginia’s General Assembly to abrogate those rights. Eighty-six counties — over 90% — in the Virginia commonwealth have adopted Second Amendment sanctuary resolutions. Spotsylvania County’s board of supervisors voted unanimously to approve a resolution declaring that county police will not enforce state-level gun laws that violate Second Amendment rights.

Sheriff Chad Cubbage said, “Be it be known that the Page Sheriff hereby declares Page County, Virginia, as a ‘Second Amendment Sanctuary,’ and that the Page County Sheriff hereby declares its intent to oppose any infringement on the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms.” Culpeper County Sheriff Scott Jenkins made a vow during a board of supervisors meeting, where the board unanimously agreed to declare the county a Second Amendment constitutional county, to “properly screen and deputize thousands of our law-abiding citizens to protect their constitutional right to own firearms.”

In an attempt to appease citizen resistance, Northam suggested there would be a ban on only the sales of semi-automatic rifles. He would allow gun owners to keep their current AR-15s and similar rifles as long as they registered them. Otherwise, they must surrender the rifles. I’d urge Virginians not to fall for the registration trick. Knowing who owns what weapons is the first step to confiscation. Governor Northam further warned, “If we have constitutional laws on the books and law enforcement officers are not enforcing those laws on the books, then there are going to be consequences, but I’ll cross that bridge if and when we get to it.” Some Democratic lawmakers on Capitol Hill say that local police who do not enforce gun control laws should face prosecution and even threats of the use of the National Guard.

Virginians must heed the words and capture the spirit of their two most distinguished citizens, Thomas Jefferson and James Madison, who wrote the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions. These resolutions referred to the federal government but are just as applicable to state governments in principle. They said: “Resolved, That the several States composing the United States of America, are not united on the principle of unlimited submission to their General Government … and whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”

Too many Americans view the Second Amendment as granting Americans the right to own firearms to go hunting and for self-protection. But the framers of our Constitution had no such intent in mind. James Madison, in Federalist Paper No. 46 wrote that the Constitution preserves “the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation … (where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.” Thomas Jefferson wrote: “What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms.” Similar quotations about our founders’ desire for Americans to be armed against the possible abuses of government can be found at https://walterewilliams.com/quotations/arms/.

Suspect Allegedly Points Gun at Restaurant Employee. Gets Shot

H/T Breitbart.

This armed employee beyond any doubt saved lives by being armed.

A suspect who allegedly pointed a gun at restaurant employees in Macon, Georgia, got shot when one of the employees turned out to be carrying a gun for self-defense.

WGXA reports the incident occurred around 9:40 p.m. Saturday night, when 27-year-old David Vazquez allegedly pointed a gun at China Inn employees and demanded money. One of the employees had a “permitted pistol” and shot Vazquez with it.

WMAZ reports that Vazquez was shot while fleeing yet shooting back at the employees.

He was apprehended just over 20 minutes later when he went to a medical center to have his gunshot wound treated.

No charges are filed against the clerk who shot Vazquez.

Great advice for choosing weapons for home defense

Jim Campbell's

By Jim Campbell

December 29, 2019

There are any number of handguns you can choose to buy.

I prefer Glock because they are lightweight, made of polymer for the most part and can take a serious beating and still be ready to fire.

In fact, I own the model above because it is very small holds ten rounds, eleven with one in the chamber and can easily be concealed with or without a holster.

It holds many more if you don’t live in CA ananti-Second Amendment State.

Thanks to Diane Feinstein, and Kamala Harris.

One thing, not mentioned in the video below, before considering buying a pistol, try it out first.

Most, if not all gun ranges have weapons to rent for a session of shooting.

Consider firing 100 to 200 rounds.

If that’s too much you will know it from looking at your target and the feeling…

“THIS IS THE ARMY!” part one (1)

Pacific Paratrooper

“This Is The Army”

The most successful and popular patriotic show of World War II and one of the most unique productions in the history of entertainment was Irving Berlin’s This Is the Army, which originally began as a Broadway musical. General George C. Marshall gave Berlin permission to stage a morale-boosting revue early in 1942 to raise money for the military.

Rehearsals were held at Camp Upton, New York, beginning in the spring of 1942 in an old Civilian Conservation Corps barracks called T-11. At one end was a large recreation room with a stone fireplace, where Berlin placed his special piano.  It was next to a latrine, which had a hot water tank. Berlin liked to lean against the tank to warm his back.

Rehearsal

Berlin completed most of the score by the end of April. The show was then auditioned on Governor’s Island in New York…
